although yesterday wasn't totally pristine (samples of chicken salad, creamer in coffee), it was consistent enough for me to drop the anomaly-weights for sunday & monday. i'm averaging under 199, and can begin to see 195 in my future.
3 more days of pristine-week finishes well worth the weight, but i'm still on a 90-day challenge. after that, i'll take a week to regroup, and i'll begin another 90-day challenge. this needs to become a lifestyle.
morning lennytime: posture, breathe, wIe, stretch, BWE, focus and 10 oz water. big salad for lunch. great fish-shrimp-meal for dinner: (avoided multiple friday evening temptations).
heavy on the sparkling water.
