www-d66 (wednesday, 4.8.2026): pristine crush

 woke up at 198 lbs & back to 39 abdominal. that's a faaaaaaaaar cry from the anomaly of monday's 205.6 & 40. why? i do not know. am i crushing it? i do not know.

part of it (the high numbers) was the hangover from a weekend of partying and bad food choices along with weight training and good avoidance of temptation. huh?  another part of it is "pristine week" that i've been practicing since sunday night:

  • no toxins
  • no sugar
  • no calories after 7
  • no skipping the gym
  • yes routines
  • yes walks
  • yes reduced caloric intake
  • yes tai chi
  • yes (to getting things done!) 
...but it's wednesday. i could lose it all with a few mindless nights. pete is visiting tonight (from jersey) and what would have been a drinking night is going to be a quiet one. update later.
