april 13, 2026: my personal "well worth the weight" program is over. it's been 10 weeks, and the results are in:
the above numbers (weight on the top line, abdominal circumference on the bottom line) show (in purple) what most would count: the ultimate highs vs. the ultimate lows. that's the myth. when wIe use averages, the numbers are more realistic. the blue represents my (weekly average) numbers for this semester, and the tan area represents weekly average numbers for my well worth the weight 10-week challenge that began in february.
learning:
1. it wasn't easy, it was consistency.
2. it's about the beer/wine & consistent avoidance of toxins.
3. it's about sleep, rest, relaxation.
4. it's about stacking wins, which allows the body to homeostatically do what it can do (when allowed). it's about the immune system, the digestive system, cardiorespiratory systems. it's muskuloskeletal. in a word, it's a multi-dimensional approach: holistic.
it's wellness.
