i am not going to count or chart today's 205.6 pounds showing on the scale, after a weekend of sandwiches, pizza, beer & wine. ab circumference was back to 40 inches!
to be honest, i made a lot of great choices over the weekend. i did not get the cheeseburger in paradise with fries at the sand bar. i walked a lot. i hit the gym on both non-travel days!
it goes to show how hard it is to really lose body fat. a couple of days can set you back a week!
today i got back into the home routine. river walks, tai chi, salmon lunch (with a big salad), and some mixed nuts. lots of water (probably 100 oz).
tomorrow is another day off from school.
oh, and i saw my first hummingbird today!
