not every day will be a perfect day of (1) avoiding all toxins, (2) portion perfection, and (3) hitting the gym. that being said, it would prove beneficial. that being said, it might not be as much fun. more to follow, on that.
friday 2.13.2026: last night's 2 beers & mixed nuts didn't show weight gain so much as slowing the loss. today i'm at 208.6; 40.5
tonight's challenge will be the triple-c brewing co. and the taylor swift tribute. my goal will be to sample, and to drink lots of water.
again, yesterday wasn't perfect, but it was still a success. this (weight uh, fat body composition management) process is akin to playing the long game... day by present day.
