it's bullshit, really, knowing that you are going to drink a 340-cal barrel-aged stout in the evening, so you compensate by consuming fewer nutrients during the day.
admittedly, the tracking helps... because you know that you can't consume cals (once you've reached your limit).
i admit it: i smuggled a second barrel-aged stout home... and sipped it (in my own, creative way). i guess i still love a good beer. luckily, por moi, i'm learning to also love the sparkling & cran.
