yes, we get off-course
yes, let’s:
· i don’t know how many times i’ve tapped-into this bit of “start again” genius, which was verbalized so well by satya narayan goenka (with that knowing smile) on our vipassana videos.
· “start again” has sooooooo many meanings, e.g. “begin meditation again,” or “return to center, again” …and i’ve benefitted from its “get back on path” message, time and time again (& again).
