· i met miss gaston college (and her 80-something year-old husband) the other night, outside at the restaurant/bar. she noticed my t-shirt and said: “i was miss gaston college in 1967!”

· i met miss gaston college (and her 80-something year-old husband) the other night, outside at the restaurant/bar. she noticed my t-shirt and said: “i was miss gaston college in 1967!”
· they were ‘happily’ married, and more than happy to share the challenges of married life over the course of decades.
· beyond her wrinkles, you could get a sense of her younger self: commanding attention, living the dream, and (of course) getting her man.
· i hope that she was able to live her life to the fullest (with no regrets).
· i promised to try to find her a throwback version of the college t-shirt, and i’ve found 2 for her.

if humans are still around in 10-20 years, i wonder what i’ll be like in my 70s & 80s.

* update: i found two throwback-shirts (a his and a hers), and presented the t-shits to them at JR Cash's (outside, along the river) in typical lenny fashion.
