pass the present future

future worries tend to flow-away as we tap into
(1) present-moment-ness &
(2) past fun (gratitude).  
with those two things, we can create future bliss 

...in the present.

even the challenges can be seen as a day at the gym
exorcising some pain, in the knowing that we will be better-off because of it
