·       a friend of mine (recently) coordinated a boating trip – renting a pontoon for several “facebook friends”.  as it turns-out, facebook friends aren’t family/friends.
 
·       when you are in charge, you are also responsible.  being responsible for others’ behavior (in 2025) is not a position that you want to be in.  even if all goes well, you’ll be a hero – only until the next time that you are in charge (and it goes badly).
