one of my favorite lines of any movie, ever... is from galaxy quest, by "crewman #6" ('guy'). the 'crew' was on a planet, doing things similar to what their characters did on the show... but not exactly.
watch the clip, as guy asks: "did you guys ever WATCH the show?"
a very close, second-favorite line comes from this same clip, and you probably caught it:
"miners not minors!"

...and (of course) i've mentioned this before... but the best movie line that wasn't even a line (but rather, a shoulder-shrug):
