* from anger to for-give

my personal belief of why it is sooooo hard for people to lose weight is emotional.  if we can "flip the script" and turn negative emotions into positive beliefs, life transforms.

  1. identifying negative emotions (e.g. fear, anger, vengeance, blame...) is the beginning step, 
  2. forgiveness (the ultimate gift, to others & self) is the second step, and
  3. gratitude is the energy to cultivate... for success and wellness.
as we progress through the process, body-mind transformation happens as we take better care of ourselves.
