my personal belief of why it is sooooo hard for people to lose weight is emotional. if we can "flip the script" and turn negative emotions into positive beliefs, life transforms.
- identifying negative emotions (e.g. fear, anger, vengeance, blame...) is the beginning step,
- forgiveness (the ultimate gift, to others & self) is the second step, and
- gratitude is the energy to cultivate... for success and wellness.
