fresh is no mistake: wal mart grouper tastes like fish

·       if you buy frozen, wild caught fish, it’s usually pretty good.  the white fish (mahi, flounder, etc.) doesn’t taste fishy.

·       if you get freshly caught grouper in north florida, it tastes like steak (delish!).
 
wal mart grouper has yet to taste like grouper.

update: today, i grilled the thawed-out wal-mart grouper, and it was damn good.
