...is when you get that glimpse of Allness, of Oneness, of Connection, of Knowingness. it is (usually) in the present moment. it is (often) in nature. it could be in the gleam of a baby's eye. it might be a taste, or a scent that brings you back to an earlier moment that touched your soul. it could be an orgasm. it might be that song or move-ie (or a belief?) that brings tears to your eyes.
only you can know it... that moment of clarity...
and then, like a whisper, it is gone.
