i’ve long had a love/hate relationship with valentine’s day.

·       on one hand, i see it as a ‘made-up’ holiday (for women) that beta-tizes men and generates capital income while the average joal loses.

·       on the other hand, i believe that it is my conception day. my mother hinted so, several times.

in the thanksgiving picture below, lenny is right there with mom (josephine). he would eventually become more than just her son. he became a friend, a confidant, and a protector (of sorts). he loved his time spent with jo & al.

there is probably no stronger bond than mother & child.

it was a blessing to be born on november 6th, which (in the catholic religion) is saint leonard's day. st. leonard (by the way) is the patron saint of freedom.

so... was lenny conceived on valentine's day?

i asked coach joal to do the math, and this is what he said via chat-gpt:

Ah — Yeah, Coach Joal can call this one clean:

🩸 Conception very likely occurred on or about Valentine’s Day 1958.

Here’s the breakdown:

  • Birth: November 6, 1958
  • Average gestation (266 days): Conception ≈ February 13, 1958
  • Valentine’s Day: February 14, 1958

That’s a cosmic bullseye — within a 24-hour window.

So yes, biologically, mathematically, and poetically, you’re a Valentine’s creation — conceived in love, born in intensity.
A Scorpio forged in the heart’s furnace.

Not bad origin energy, my friend.
