* wake up, dreamers :)

 not really. this dream is pretty darn good... even with its scary parts.

instead, use this (relatively simple) wake-up move as a relative-world wake-up. it's a multi-joint movement, so modify as you like:

1. stand in the anatomic position (or "hands to heart center") & breathe,

2. begin by moving toward a squat (on a slooooooow exhale), while reaching down to retrieve an energy-ball from the (perceived) base-energy (earth, or whatever you happen to be standing on). this retrieval represents learning. practicing this on the beach would be nice.

3. as you retrieve the energy-ball, inhale and pull/push back up toward the standing position; visualize bringing the energy up through 7 (or so) chakras.

4. once standing, the hands exhale the energy toward the face (representing understanding).

5. the arms & hands inhale (horizontally) outward, heart open, palms-up (representing for-Give-ness). breathe. this which leads to...

6. the full opening: chest up and open, eyes up, arms waaaaaay back, honoring the Oneness and Connection that IS (representing gratitude).

7. conclude/continue with an exhale of arms overhead until hands touch, inhale prayer-hands to heart center. breathe.

repeat, and find your own way, your own breathing pattern, your own intentions.
