· i’ve never (really) thought much of my role on veterans day. since i was never close to war, i always felt as though my time in the military was nothing but fun, travel and adventure.

· i’ve never (really) thought much of my role on veterans day. since i was never close to war, i always felt as though my time in the military was nothing but fun, travel and adventure.
· today, however, i joined-in. i went to the outback steak house, and got my free meal. i even ate the cheesecake! the coooooolest thing, though, was to see all of the veterans, out and about.
