weight average under 207, and abdominal under 40.25. routines have helped. my morning routine (lovingly named "anytime is lennytime" is flexible/set: no set reps, flexible on flow, but becoming (well) routine:
- wake, weigh-in, abdominal circumference measurement
- lennytime:
- wall (posture) snow angels
- rag doll, with single-leg fwd folds
- child's pose, cat-cow
- knee push-ups
- kneeling dumbbell shrugs, hammer curls, overhead presses
- bird on a perch
- wIe moves
- strap curls
- neck flexes (band device)
- office, computer, charting, coaches chime-in
- writing (as desired)
- chess (against wendy); note focus
- ready for coffee, or a smoothie, or both
- ready for a walk (if time permits)
- neighborhood, river, tai chi
- more BWE
i have not established a night-night-lennytime routine (yet; waaaaaaaaa), but it will include:
- screens off (at 9?)
- relaxation (massage chair)
- stimulus control (clothes for gym) set out
- hygiene
- breathing meditation (to sleep)
