·       it’s nothing short of miraculous, when one’s primary relationship shifts (away from an attachment or an addiction), how other relationships seem to blossom!
 
·       i used to rational-lies that, if i were to stop drinking (alcohol), my wine glasses would somehow to go waste.  that’s funny!
 
how to determine what is really, really, really important to you.  write-down your (honest) answers to the following questions:
·       how to i spend my (non-work) time?  in other words, what are my real priorities?
·       what/who do i spend my money on/with?
·       what/who do i think about, most often?
·       what are my hobbies, habits and rituals?
·       when planning for an event with family/friends (e.g. a tailgate, a party, a fishing trip, a date, brunch, a super-bowl party, etc.), what thoughts/plans cross my mind?
