 i live, i re-learn:

• last weekend (of friday's 3 beers, only the first was fun). 
• sunday was great, but too much wine (post-date).
• monday... the IPAs in the fridge called my name. used the national championship game (and the fear of apocalypse game) as an excuse to over-indulge.

honetly? it has taken almost a week to recover. cheat days set you back.

• regroup. forgive yourself. start again. 
• prep for rhody, pd-day.
• don't cheat.
