“i am the man that you should listen to (and trust and find)”

·       never, ever buy-into the oh, so often lines:
  o   “they’ve been keeping this information from you!”
  o   “this is secret, and they don’t want you to know.”
  o   “don’t trust them, but do trust me.”
  o   “this has been recently discovered.”
  o   “you need to buy now, since this offer is limited” (or “short-term”, etc.).
 
“they are keeping it from you” is conspiracy 101.  they want you to disbelieve others so that you will believe them (and shortly thereafter, they’ll be looking to make a sale). 
 
need i say it?  don’t buy it.
