· at the end of yoga class, i let the students know that (although i’d planned to facilitate outside yoga today), i was saving the walking meditation for next monday, when the forecast is 77 degrees on november 7th! 😊

· immediately, my debbie-downer (self-imposed "elder") student said “global warming,” and the class (of course) began to chime-in about the horrors of present-day life-scenarios... including how we are all doomed because of the decisions that “they” make.
it was another example of how one sour apple can turn a blessing (sunny day) into a nightmare.
