·       it appears as if you have forgotten your “no expectations” mantra... and are allowing yourself to become frustrated by my not meeting them.

·       when you mind-game me, i go through three phases:

   1.     you get my attention (albeit, not in the most desirable fashion)...

      a. if continued...

   2.     i get frustrated (which, admittedly, can result in momentary anger).

      a. if continued relentlessly...

   3.     i simply stop caring.
 
please be direct.  you might not like my take on things, but at least we’ll communicate wants, needs, desires and boundaries.
 
cold-shouldered bitching will not be tolerated (for long).
 

i do have one expectation: 

i expect that those people who i allow into my life... will

 contribute to my well-being.

·       sleep is a must: you can contribute to my sleep-well-being with authentic, enthusiastic sex, followed by massage and/or a hot tub relaxation session.  note: i can do all three of these things without you... so you might figure out how to get me to want to do them with you.

·        fun/positivity is desired: it must (at least) outweigh any debbie-downer-ness.
