a: no.

·       at today’s graduation, however, over 80% of the graduates left (they just walked-off after walking the stage) prior to the turning of the tassel.  they just left.

·       one might argue about the ‘whys’ (“it was hot.”  “it was too long.”  “i was uncomfortable.” “waaaaaaaaaa!”), but one thing is for sure: the graduates did not respect the symbology of the turning of the tassel.  it (in a sense) was all about them (but in a sense, it wasn't).

book 124 will explore ‘individuation’, joal’s idea of inter-independence.

it will transcend the manosphere by helping men and women appreciate their own complex natures, and do so without guilt or shame. ‘individuation’ will continue to explore male-female interdynamics. 

individuation will be a reflection, a going inward, a process of needing less and in-joy-ing more.

* stormy dream 5.14.2025

 just woke up from a (not good) dream.  

it was a family reunion.  
it was a family (divided).  

at some point, we were to attempt a family photo when one member went ahead of everyone else with all of the kids, and we missed several photo ops because the older members couldn't keep up with her.

when they finally came back, we tried to get everyone back together, but there was yelling & screaming over (and by) the one who had caused the disturbance in the force.  we all sat down, in silence.

then, as people were taking their turns (bitching), 
my brother, cousin and i got 'the floor' and 
stated all of the positive things about the day's events...

...and about family.  

everyone felt uplifted, and, as we were all headed back to the campsite, a severe storm was on the horizon.  lightning began to strike, and we found my brother (unconscious) due to a lightning strike & fallen tree.  as we revived him, amid a storm of the ages, with people scattering, the dream ended.

 there are a lot of very good teams at the top, so it's anyone's ncaa baseball championship trophy.  it will be very, very hard to win the thing.

• fsu is in good shape to be one of the top 16 seeds, meaning:
• super-regional?  only if they make the top 8, or get some help in the regionals.
• their regional will be no cakewalk, as the committee may send florida.
• this would be a heartbreaker. 
• fsu will stack-up well in a super-regional.
• cws is anybody's guess:

·       a number of years ago, while on a trip to greece, my girlfriend at the time got caught-up in the idea of gold (on santorini island).  those in-the-know were taking advantage of the ‘amazing’ deals, so we i bought a matching necklace and bracelet (with a symbol of love, in gold).  i don’t even know where my wrist piece is now, and her gay son probably pawned the necklace that i’m sure she never wore after our break-up.

·       jewelry & art… are (very often) impulse buys… as the female lets the male know how much she’d looooooove the item.

i am grateful for every, single one.

* what was the best time of my life?

•  childhood:  i felt Love from mom.  i was free.  i was athletic.  one of my best moments was actually getting punched in the face (by lenny gladeau) in front of all of the boys in the neighborhood.  the embarrassment taught me to avoid fighting, and probably saved my life, several times.
• high school: it was great to learn and grow and be a football and track star at hope high school.  it was also a time of craving women (and sex), while battling with a religious fear of the exact, same thing.
• college: oh, my god, the freedom!  the girls!  the sex!  the girfriends and broken hearts!  rugby!  parties!  most of all, the decisions (e.g. rotc) that pre-paved the future.
• indianapolis: jean.  the friends.  the partying.  rugby!  the u.s. army school experiences.  the girls!  
• enterprise alabama: flight school.  helicopters.  the girls!  panama city beach!  bikinis!  lori!!
• south korea: was not a good time, but australia was!  juanita.  cheryl!
• tallahassee: the fun, the 'noles!  the partying!  the girls!  shauna!  claudia!
• savannah: pam!  the best aviation unit in the world!!
• tallahassee, II: massage school!  lori!  phd!  oh, my god the girls and girlfriends!  kristin!  sandi!  cat!
• charlotte I: spcc was not fun.  the 50th trip-abroad was.
• charlotte II: i'm in the middle of it now.  i can't say that it is the best time of my life (in regard to relationships), but it is, in regard to wisdom.

what does this all mean?

1. i've loved my life, and i've loved soooooooooooo many of the phases.

2. i've loved (and been loved by) many women.  i am thankful for every, single experience.  being loved is dramatic.

3. the best times are Now.  live.  love. wallow in the good, and learn from the not-so-good.
