while that silly little number on the scale is not "me" nor is it even an average (yet), it represents something. the www journey continues:
- consistency matters (routines, stacking, lifestyle).
- 'cheat' moments matter (they crush progress). that crush, however, can be a motivator.
- charting/tracking matters.
- not all calories are equal, and different foods affect the body in different ways. individual differences (among humans) matter.
- toxins "throw-off" the calories-in-calories-out theory, by affecting sleep, fat metabolization, muscle building, etc., etc.
- the most important (physical) measurement is (probably) still abdominal circumference.
- a key (psychological) factor is self-efficacy, which relates to self-confidence, self-esteem, and self-regulation.
sub-200 is a beginning.
