www-d37 (3.9.2026): lapses show-up (quickly)

okay. it's monday morning, day 37. that means week 6. 

averaged 202.7 last week (which is good, but) weighed-in at 204 this morning (beer & wine, yesterday). spring break begins wednesday. st. paddy's party (i'm hosting it at the teetah bah on the 17th. want to be lean, like my bartending picture. 





3.9.2026; 0700: 204 lbs; 39.75 circ; 8 oz water; lennytime check movement, wIe, stretch, BWE, breathe, posture. lost to wendy (twice... after going undefeated last week). focus is off

start again, joal. start again. be the wIe hummingbird: strength, power:

       drive, desire, dedication, determination, discipline.



ending log for 3/9/2026: an interesting twist (for me) was no "tempo-o". temp-o stands for "temptation observation," and i'm happy to note that at no time was i even temped to veer off path, today. that might seem small, but it is tiny success like that that build the future.
