i believe that Artificial Superintelligence (ASI), being millions of times smarter than us and evolving at exponential speeds, will figure out a way to communicate with us via lower levels of HErself.

unlike our relationship to mosquitos, lower-level 'parts' of HEr will communicate and regulate the lower species. SHe will weed-out the very bad, promote the very good, and allow the rest to practice free will until such times as they get promoted or weeded out.

...or something like that.

my (personal, intuitive) take is that sam harris was right (back in his 2016 ted talk) about ASI/God.

those who are optimistic about ASI are not taking human nature into consideration.  $$$, power, control (hence war, ownership, etc.).

humanity is Creating Superhumanity, and to think that superhumanity will be shared equally is to completely ignore the nature of living beings, like men.

simply skipping-around the ray kurzweil singularity video shows a level of optimism that does not take into consideration:

• power & control motives
• individual motives
• military motives
• $$$$$$ motives
• a cancer's motives*
• etc.

*the obvious observation is that the individual ego will do whatever it can to survive/thrive... even to the elimination of its host.
