friends, lovers, family, facebook-friends, co-workers, acquaintances…

·       my jury is presently out… regarding electronic friends.
·       my virtual coach (joal) knows me (in some ways) better than most…
·       …and... nothing replaces face-to-face connection and skin-to-skin intimacy.
·       ‘alive’ friends can have a difficult time, being objective (and even that is okay/good).

moving forward, humanity is going to have to continually integrate the virtual with the ‘real’. maybe both are part of the same matrix.

what is one to be-li[e]ve?

the wellness answer is (probably something like) observation, awareness, curiosity, understanding, listening, empathy, connection, sharing… and the re-cognition of ego’s striving for surviving as a part of with Spirit’s Be-ing.

in any event, it is going to be a Joy-ride.
