woo-ing vs. committed
can this be arranged?
once committed, will the act of woo-ing (maybe) change?

riddle me this: think of times when you’ve been woo-ed. for example: when you were in the process of buying a car.
compare the woo-ing behavior that you experienced (before
the commitment) with the woo-ing behavior, afterwards. any differences? have you even heard from the car salesman, since?
· is the military recruit treated any differently – after enlistment?
· is the military recruit treated any differently – after enlistment?
many will attempt to convince you that life will be sooooooo much better, if you'll just suck-it-up and commit, dammit!
...but...
have you ever heard of any individual who was (successfully)
woo-ed into a commitment, only to find-out that he/she was treated better during the pre-commitment
phase?

* personally, i know of many, many who took the woo-ing bait, realizing (too late) that commitment was (at best) a trap.
