candy saw the signs

candy saw the signs [1]

candy saw the writing on the wall (and in her mind)
candy played the game, and then
candy saw the signs

·       i’m often re-mind-ed of how we all play the game of life and love.  it’s not a brutally honest game, nor should it be.

·       the mind can kid itself into seeing ghosts, gods, signs, and santas.  why not let it kid us into everlasting Bliss?  after all, it feels good.

·       after knowing many, many people who have seen the signs (even on the way up to the altar), i’ve come to believe that there are no such things as signs.  there is no such thing as leading someone on.

·       as a living being on planet earth, it is up to each of us, as individuals… to observe, to analyze, to inquire, to deduce, and to take-action in alignment with that which is best for us.

responsibility: the ability to respond
(it's an inside job).

·       the translation of “s/he led me on.” is (really) “i led myself on.”

·       the translation of “s/he lied to me.” is (really) “i allowed myself to be deceived, because it was my best course of action at that time.

·       if i allow myself to get duped, then my best course of action is as follows:
    1. re-view the scenario,
    2. decide the best course of action to take, next time.

for me to chastise the dupe-err… would simply be projection: projection-being-what-projection-do.

hard note: those who get duped... again and again and again and again... probably shouldn't reproduce.
