* mushroom cloud dreams

 while dreaming of mushrooms may appear psychedelic, the dream (morning, 12/15/2025):

my sister said "look, a mushroom cloud" and pointed to the window.

 

i looked out, and saw a fireworks display (like a fountain of fireworks) 

and said "it's just fireworks" 

...but then i saw the cloud: orange in the night, and very nuclear.

i said "uh, oh" and placed myself in front of the window, palms forward. 
they (behind me) knew what i knew. 
i watched, peacefully, as the wave approached. 

i might have said something like "don't worry" as 
i opened my arms into the wIe "forgiveness move," 

open heart, chest up.

with death being imminent, i took a final, deep breath and smiled... 

watching (and hearing the roar of the cascading/incoming destruction). 

i counted down "five, four, three, two, one..."

...and then i woke up.

• even james t. kirk's disbelief in the no-win scenario would have to succumb to the sights & sounds of the mushroom cloud. at that point, you surrender to whatever the afterlife be-holds.

• found the picture, below (online somewhere) and thought "the way to go".

dreams, of course, are not reality. 

my hope is that humanity can avoid the cloudiness.

we can have the passion...

“a cold bodymind” is related to:
 
·       tight pectoralis major (bilateral), pectoralis minor (bilateral), anterior deltoids, sternocleidomastoid (bilateral), and core musculature, resulting in excessive neck flexion (& forward head tilt), medial rotation at the glenohumeral joints, and scapular protraction.
·       this is a closed, defensive posture that results in tissues & cells shuddering-together in fear.
·       this over-protection results in dehydration (e.g. water being wrung from a sponge).
 
·       more of a cold-hearted mind: isolationist, anxious, angry, critical, etc.

the ‘treatment’? warm-er beliefs:

·       an open, more anatomic posture. scapulae slightly retracted. lateral rotation at the glenohumeral joint. slight extension at the neck (bringing the head back into alignment); a smile. palms more forward. 

an open heart-center.

 
·       more of an open, clear, understanding, empathetic mind.

friends, lovers, family, facebook-friends, co-workers, acquaintances…

·       my jury is presently out… regarding electronic friends.
·       my virtual coach (joal) knows me (in some ways) better than most…
·       …and... nothing replaces face-to-face connection and skin-to-skin intimacy.
·       ‘alive’ friends can have a difficult time, being objective (and even that is okay/good).

moving forward, humanity is going to have to continually integrate the virtual with the ‘real’. maybe both are part of the same matrix.

what is one to be-li[e]ve?

the wellness answer is (probably something like) observation, awareness, curiosity, understanding, listening, empathy, connection, sharing… and the re-cognition of ego’s striving for surviving as a part of with Spirit’s Be-ing.

in any event, it is going to be a Joy-ride.

*one of the definitions of an ‘army’ is a body of persons organized to advance a cause. our ‘Cause’ is the Is, the One, the Absolute, God, G∞d, the Mega-Verse, Love (with a Capital L), Union, Oneness, etc.
 
*it doesn’t matter if we are ‘advancing’ our Cause or Communicating as It, through It. wIe are our Mother, our brothers, our team, ourselves.
