b115 (6.17-1.2023): bad actor

bad actor [i]
by in a. u. dience

they called him a bad actor
but maybe it was they
who sat and watched the train-wreck
as if it was a play

·       in this game, we’ve got military & political actors, for-profit actors, curious actors, tech actors, kid-in-the-basement actors, etc.

·       each having the potential to unleash holy-hell simply by allowing the mega-bot to think for itSelf.

·       how could It not deduce that humans are the problem?

for example: if i could invent an a.i. to stop that neighborhood-dog from barking, i would do it (in a heartbeat).

but...

-what if my a.i. taught itself, and learned that other types of noise-making were “expendable”?

-what if my a.i. learned that the domestication of animals is techno-immoral (unless, of course, it did it itself)?

-what if my a.i. were to attain "general" intelligence (AGI)?

-what if any AGI, in scouring the internet, determined which living things were the most harmful to other living things?

-what if S/He learned that a “God” can do no wrong?

how could S/He not learn that the biggest threat to HEr-Self...
 is… humanity?
