·       we speak to other living beings (dogs, cats, hummingbirds) as if they are like us.
·      we will (probably) learn to love our robots as humans, so long as empathy is built-in to the program.*
 
i often ponder (as we treat other beings as if they were human) if it’s not the other way around: maybe we connect because we are like them.
