if you’re a d--khead-owner
it’s not your dog: it’s you

...when i see 6-10 hummingbirds on deck.
i've got the visual acuity that has always allowed me to recognize differences/patterns. call it a knack. plus, since i see it every day, i've got more opportunities to see the magic-all times that nobody else sees!
someone who lives on the north florida gulf coast has many more opportunities to see/experience the blue-green-pristine beauty.
only you see your world like you do. you Truly are a 1 of One.
this song is also the epilogue of quadrophenia, the last scene of the Play.
this is the perfect "theme song" for book 116: Love Reigns

...but that doesn't mean that you can control nothing.
i just watched the movie "pearl harbor." it left me feeling like every other war-movie.
why are men (yes, men) so obsessed with war?
...by garth brooks.
i used to play this song during massage school graduation slideshows.

the last thing that we need are bad actors with loco motives.

it could result in one, crazy train.
when i was a kid, my father (albert) used to sit out on the front porch during thunderstorms. we (his wife & kids) would gather around him, and we would applaud the lightning and thunder. the neighbors, of course, thought that we were crazy -- so we named our house "m.m.i."
i've wondered if, when albert was a kid, if he'd been scared of storms. i wondered if that was his way of helping us not to be.
i'm grateful for albert, and i love the rain.
a course in miracles is a book about Love. it is in code, of course, and was a foundation for Spiritual Scripting.
my guess is that the author knew that she could never, ever describe Love, so she described what Love is not: the ego.
classic.
this is not to downplay the ego. ego (energy, on the go) is merely perspective: relative, differentiated, sometimes oppositical perspective.
ego (sometimes referred to as "edging-god-out") isn't bad, per se. it is an is... in this, a relative world.
q: what brought me out of the depths of the back end of the train and into Love Reigns?
honestly? besides rain?
1. a movie (top gun, maverick), and
2. a song (love reign o'er me), and
3. intelligent comedy (bill hicks) and outrageous comedy (sam kinison)...
...and hummingbirds.
